Location Manager (Farnam)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
The role of the Location manager is to oversee the operations and profitability of the department by performing duties personally or through subordinate employees. This is a supervisory position.
Requirements/Certifications:

Precision Drone Operations Assistant (Gothenburg)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
working alongside FAA-certified Drone spray pilots. As a Drone Operations Assistant you will serve as a visual observer for pilots as well as assist in the flight coordination process. You will also learn about precision technologies used in spatial computer mapping and aerial scouting technologies. Other duties may include but are not limited to in-field and Taranis SmartScout® scouting, soil and tissue sampling, agronomy sales and business operations.
Requirements/Certifications: valid operators license with company approved driving record, ability to lift 50#, work seasonal hours, be able to work inside and outside.
Service Station Attendant (Callaway)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
performing service work on vehicles, including but not limited to, oil changes & tire repairs; loading/unloading merchandise, servicing gas and diesel pumps, working with propane, counter sales & administrative duties such as inventories; as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment while abiding by company, state and federal regulations.
Requirements/Certifications:
Valid operator’s license with approved driving record with ability to obtain CDL, be able to lift 75# and have good customer service skills.
Location Manager - Ag Agronomy - (Oakdale)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
The role of the Location Manager is to oversee the safety, operations, marketing, and profitability of the location by performing duties personally or through subordinate managers. Emphasis in agronomy. This is a supervisory position.
Requirements/Certifications:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Commercial Driver’s License & Custom Applicators License (or ability to obtain).
Technical & Mechanical Skills, Customer Services Skills, Safety Oriented, Dependable, Experience in Microsoft programs, understanding of general accounting principles, have leadership and supervisory skills, be able to use the cooperatives accounting system, perform duties that are physical in nature, and be able to work in all types of weather conditions
Custom Applicators & Operations Technicians & Truck Drivers- Ag Agronomy - (Oakdale)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Operations Technicians and Truck Drivers:
This person will be responsible for plant maintenance and housekeeping, inventory, ordering chemicals and fertilizers, mapping and scheduling application, mixing loads accurately for application, and truck driving duties.
Requirements/Certifications: Valid Class A CDL license with company approved driving record, good mechanical skill and be a team player.
Custom Applicator:
This person will be responsible for the accurate, safe, efficient and timely application and placement of chemicals, fertilizer, etc. to customer’s fields, proper use of crop protection products, general vehicle and equipment maintenance, grain operations and transportation and administrative duties associated with the position. Must abide by company, state and federal regulations.
Requirements/Certifications:Valid Commercial Driver’s License-Class A (or ability to obtain), with tanker endorsement and company approved driving record, Custom Applicator License (or ability to obtain),
and must have good customer service skills.
Sales Agronomist (Cozad, Lexington, Merna)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Playing a role in maintaining the company’s current market share, as well as driving the company’s growth in agronomic sales and services. They will partner with current customers as well as cultivate new opportunities with prospective accounts. This position will report to the Location Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Ag related field and minimum 3 years of experience with proven results in agronomy sales, or equivalent years of experience with proven results in agronomy sales.
- Skills necessary include ability to work well independently, proficient use of basic sales processes, time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid work ethic, and genuine passion for agronomy, farming and helping other to succeed.
Agronomy Operations (Lexington, Albion, Spalding, Cedar Rapids)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
This person will be responsible for efficient assistance with: inventory, truck driving duties, mixing loads accurately for application, general vehicle, material handling equipment, plant maintenance and housekeeping.
Grain Handling Operations Technicians (Merna)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
This position will perform a variety of duties for efficient grain facility operations that include, but are not limited to: grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading; monitoring stored grain conditions; maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow workers. Grain elevator personnel may be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks involved with helping other departments.
Requirements/Certifications:
Strong work ethic, team player, experience with agriculture, farm equipment, and mechanical aptitude is strongly preferred; valid driver’s license with CDL, or have the ability to obtain one; able to work inside and outside in all types of weather; working at heights and confined spaces
Outside Operations-Grain, Feed, Agronomy, Energy (Ord)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
This person will be responsible for efficient assistance with: inventory, truck driving duties, mixing loads accurately for application, general vehicle, material handling equipment, plant maintenance and housekeeping for all lines of business, (energy, feed, grain & agronomy).

Valid CDL license with company approved driving record, good mechanical skills and be a team player.
Transport Driver - (Region 1 & Region 2)
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
the safe operation of tractor- trailer to deliver and haul return loads of products such as (but not limited to) fuel, propane, fertilizer, chemicals, and grain; responsible for maintenance and administrative duties assigned and must abide by company, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements/Certifications:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with hazmat, tanker, and air brakes endorsements (or the ability to obtain) with company approved driving record. Must be able to work weekends (in season), have the ability to operate large trucks/heavy machinery, and to work extended hours in all types of weather.
Seasonal Truck Drivers Wanted - All Locations
Seasonal employment positions available as tender truck drivers at all agronomy locations. Drivers are needed to deliver crop nutrients and crop protection products to our custom applicators.
Requirements: a CDL (Class A, B, Restricted/Seasonal, or the ability to obtain one, tanker endorsement, air brakes, company approved driving record, excellent attendance and work ethics, and willingness to work seasonal hours.
