Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Ag related field and minimum 3 years of experience with proven results in agronomy sales, or equivalent years of experience with proven results in agronomy sales.
- Skills necessary include ability to work well independently, proficient use of basic sales processes, time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid work ethic, and genuine passion for agronomy, farming and helping others to succeed.
Essential Functions:
- This position will play a role in maintaining the company’s current market share, as well as driving the company’s growth in agronomic sales and services. They will partner with current customers as well as cultivate new opportunities with prospective accounts. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales.
