Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy, agriculture science or related field, proven experience in successful strategy development and implementation, strong leadership skills with a proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, in-depth knowledge of precision agriculture technologies-including GPS, GIS, remote sensing and VRT, exceptional communication skills for all audiences.

Essential Functions:

This visionary and dynamic individual will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company and the broader agricultural industry through the strategic implementation of a digital data and precision agriculture technology plan for the cooperative, while working with management and salespersons.
