If you haven’t visited the Car Care Center in Anselmo in a while, you need to see it! The small retail area, office and restroom have been beautifully remodeled. In late January, employees Abdul Sughayar and Ben McCaslin replaced the tile flooring with vinyl laminate flooring and trimmed out the space with new natural finish woodwork. The sales counter has been rearranged to allow more open floor space and easier traffic flow.
Location Manager Abdul Sughayar wanted to better the customer experience at the Car Care Center. “We were hoping for a brighter, more open setting. Turning the sales counter has really helped to open up the retail space,” he said.
The fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling along with new LED overhead light fixtures offer a brighter environment. More natural light fills the space as well because of the reconfiguration of the sales counter that declutters the large window on the north side of the building. The restroom has been furnished with all new finishes, like the rest of the station, including a custom sink vanity in natural woods, hand made by Center Manager Ben McCaslin.
Customers have noticed the make-over. McCaslin said, “We’ve received many positive comments from our customers. Everyone thinks the space is bigger. They often comment how much brighter it is.” Car Care Center employee Jeana Storms noted that the remodel has been done entirely by employees, “We’ve all added a little to this remodel. We’re really happy with how it’s turned out.”
Stop by the Anselmo Car Care Center along Highway 2 soon to see it for yourself.
