Job Requirements:

Commercial Driver’s License (Class A with Tanker, Airbrakes and Hazmat endorsements), company approved driving record.


Essential Functions:
  • Delivers refined fuels and related merchandise to the patron.
  • Sells, installs and services farm fuel storage systems. Assisting in service station operations
  • Maintains delivery truck and bulk plants - responsible to either repair any malfunctions or immediately report them to supervisor.
  • Responsible for security of delivery truck and bulk plant.
  • Attends and participates in all meetings and schools as directed by supervisor. Promotes and sells petroleum products to new and existing patrons.
  • Notifies Location Manager when fuel, oil, grease, and other inventories are low.
  • Establishes and operates an efficient route delivery system for the operation of the tank wagon.
  • Assists in taking inventory.
  • Assists in receiving and storing incoming freight.
  • Assists with other departments within the cooperative: agronomy, grain, feed, seed, etc. 
  • Administers and controls credit within the associations established credit policy.
  • Maintains a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Cooperative and a favorable image of the Cooperative;
  • Responsible for maintaining clean facilities, and complying with all state and federal regulations pertaining to a safe workplace, housekeeping, and all activities that require regulation compliance;
  • Provides excellent customer service by managing difficult or emotional situations; respond promptly to customer needs, resolve questions, complaints and concerns immediately and meet commitments;
  • Effectively communicates by verbal and written means with customers, employees and management;
  • Maintains and promotes safety awareness; follows safety policies, procedures and reporting requirements;
  • Presents a clean and professional appearance;
  • Employee is required to perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor.
