Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word, being a collaborator, and having good people and communication skills.Essential Functions:
Accounting & Financial Management
- Prepare, reconcile, and post invoices for energy products and services.
- Monitor customer accounts, apply payments, and assist with collection of payment.
- Reconcile inventory and sales margins monthly to ensure product and cost accuracy.
- Assist with imports from c-stores, and deposits.
- Track inventories; reconcile physical counts with system balances.
- Verify product transfers, returns, and adjustments between locations.
- Work closely with operations to ensure product usage is properly documented.
- Generate customer invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy of quantities, and fees.
- Support energy sales and operations with billing questions, corrections, and product pricing.
- Respond to customer inquiries about account balances, statements, and billing discrepancies.
- Assist customers in placing fuel and propane orders and service work.
- Backup for front desk, assist accounting department as needed.
- Work closely with controller, and accounting department.
