Marketing & Communications Lead

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Valid driver’s license with
approved company driving record, good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
packages including Excel and Word, being a team player, and having good people and
 

Essential Functions:

The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for leading and elevating
the Country Partners Cooperative brand across customer-facing channels,
communications, events, and experiences. This position serves as a highly visible
ambassador of Country Partners, ensuring the organization is represented
professionally and consistently while strengthening relationships with customers,
employees, and communities.
The successful individual will be a creative, proactive self-starter who develops a
strong understanding of Country Partners' business, customers, divisions, and
strategic priorities. This individual is expected to identify opportunities, bring
forward ideas and recommendations, develop plans and budgets, and drive
approved initiatives from concept through execution in collaboration with company
