Dry Plant Operator/ Outside Operations

Job Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL, or ability to obtain, with company approved driving record, mechanical skills, lift 75lbs., effective communication and organization skills, ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and must work independently and be a team player.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for daily activities at the dry plant and associated warehouse facilities. Includes but not limited to receiving, storing, and loading of fertilizers, chemicals, and seed for customers and custom application equipment with appropriate paperwork being accurate and complete. Responsible for maintaining all equipment associated with the dry facility and keeping the area outside and inside the dry facilities clean and neat. Aid in harvest duties, other outside operations in other departments, and maintenance as needed.
